WHAT IS A PREORDER
So we can keep our baby fashion wear prices low and ensure the most newest styles all of our baby clothing are sold as Pre-order.
When you place an order under Pre-Order you are making an order for an item that is made to order or not yet has been released.
A preorder is an item we may have manufactured for us and will require a manufacturing timeframe.
An item may also be offered on preorder if there a high demand, or excessive orders for, which will allow us time to process all orders.
HOW LONG DO PREORDERS USUALLY TAKE?
Your Pre-order can take any where up to 2-4 weeks to be dispatched and sent out. Please understand, that this is processing time only and does not include the amount of time it may take for postage to reach you. Postage delivery time frames are additional to processing times.
This Time frame doesn’t however consider any delays which are beyond our control such as shipping delays, production delays, processing or public holidays etc.
Please allow up to 4 weeks before contacting us about an update on your order.
Orders placed using Afterpay will not alter our processing time frames nor change our pre-order turnaround.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS ON IT’S WAY?
Once your order has been fulfilled and sent out you will receive an email confirming your order status along. All emails will be sent out to the email you provided in your order. Orders that are fulfilled are sent out Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays so please take that into your delivery time consideration.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER
If for any reason one of the items in your order does not arrive due to a supplier error or delay, we will always provide you with a full refund for the order.
While we always strive to do our best to fulfill your order and ensure a positive and happy shopping experience sometimes there can be issues that are beyond our control and hard for us to rectify. We will always aim to provide the best possible outcome possible and work with you to provide the best solution.
For all cancellations (this is considered as a change of mind purchase) on pre-order purchases we charge an admin fee of $10.00 AUD. This covers our website/sales fee’s, Paypal/Credit/Afterpay Merchant fee’s and reselling fee’s which are non refundable to us. PRE-ORDER SIZING INFORMATION
All measurements for each item of baby clothing can be found in the product description. When choosing the correct size for your little bubba, please see the sizing measurements in the description.
The sizing are based on average sized babies so please if your baby is taller or bigger than average consider ordering the next size up.
Also when placing your order take in to consideration the pre-order turn around delivery time frame (up to 4 weeks) and what size will fit your little one. As we know our little bubbas will grow very quickly.
If you are ordering for a special occasion or event be sure to order in advance to ensure your order comes in time.
Soft hand wash in warm water.
For lasting colour, wash inside out.
Hang or Flat dry / do not tumble dry.
Do not bleach.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR ORDER IS LATE OR DELAID?
Unfortunately there are occasional times that some of our orders can get delayed. We understand that this may be frustrating and we do share your frustration. We don’t delay orders on purpose, and we want you to have your orders as soon as possible.
We do ask you be patient if your order is delayed and if we are unable to fulfill you order in a reasonable amount of time we will cancel and refund your order.

When ordering from Mummies Milk pre-orders items, you are making a commitment to purchase from Mummies Milk and agree to the following guideline as outlined above and the estimated delivery time frames.
When you receive a fulfillment confirmation email that means your order has been shipped and has left our warehouse. Your email confirmation will contain your tracking information and will be on its way to the delivery address you have provided us in your order. Please see our shipping and delivery information page regarding shipping.
Mummies Milk will not be held responsible for any changes of address after your originally order has been placed and it will be up to you to contact your local post office or mail redirection service to locate the parcel.
