Returns & Refund Policy

At Mummies Milk we value Customer satisfaction and that is why we do offer a fair refund & returns policy.

Mummies Milk has a 14 day returns policy. For all pre-order items our returns policy is 14 days from when you receive your purchase. 

Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same original condition that you received it to be eligible for are return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of sale/purchase.

Any item returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Please email to lodge a return. When wanting to return your item please email us your order number and photographs if the return is due to a faulty garment.

Once we receive your return is received and inspect that it has been sent back in its original condition, we will  email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We have the right to refuse a return or refund if the item has been damaged, missing parts and not sent back in it original condition.

If your refund is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account. Please note banks, credit/debit cards and PayPal have their own turnaround times on processing refunds. So please take that into consideration when we are processing your refund.

Change of Mind
We do Not Refund or Exchange for change of mind so please choose carefully.

Delivery Addresses
Please ensure the Postal address you provide in your order is correct. We will not be held responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. We only use the shipping address you provide on our checkout page. We do not use PayPpal addresses as we do not see that information when you place an order. If the address is incorrect it will be up to you to lodge and/or check with your local post office to see where the item is.

Sale items
Sale items cannot be returned for a exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty through no fault of your own. This includes items where a discount code has been used.

Shipping on Returns
When returning your item you are responsible for the postage cost of returning the item. Please use tracked postal service and keep a copy of the tracking as we will not be held liable for returns that you have shipped back that have gone missing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and you will only recieve a refund for the cost of the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Faulty Items

Stock and products are thoroughly checked and rechecked before they are posted, but please understand that on the rare occasion, an item may be faulty. If an item is faulty, please contact us at

Please note – This must be returned to us before 14 days of receiving your order.

All items will be inspected upon receiving them back to us, and on some occasion, will be sent back to our supplier for assessment or repair.

Please be advised that items need to be returned within the 14 day policy period.
